The Olinek Residence:

The challenge of this project was to take an already slightly modified bathroom and make it more accessible for a gentleman who intended to stay in his home indefinitely and further modify it. The work was to be done on a small budget to make it even more accessible and safe for him to use. Fortunately there were some simple steps that we could take in the short run to make the bathroom more accessible the first of which was removing a non-load bearing wall and adding some hand rails.

The Bates Residence:

The challenge of this project was to create a newly designed kitchen in which the client would not have to stoop over or reach up high in order to store or retrieve dishes or cooking products. This was accomplished by using pull-out drawers and cabinets wherever possible so that items were easily accessible to the individual. Further a breakfast counter provided a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the ocean view with out any obstructions.
